Same day reservations are ok, only if all other requirements have been met.

All dogs must be at least 4 months of age, and if they are over 6 months, must be spayed or neutered.

All dogs must be current on rabies, distemper, parvo and bordetella vaccinations.

You must provide proof from your veterinarian before we can accept your dog into our facility.

It is required that your pet be vaccinated at least 14 days prior to their services at Hia Dog.

All dogs must be flea and tick free before entering Hia Dog.

If we notice that your dog has fleas or ticks, a topical medication will be given and owners will be charged for the product.

If your dog has a contagious illness, please do not bring them to Hia Dog until you have veterinary clearance that he or she is no longer contagious.

If your dog is showing symptoms of any illness, please don’t bring them to us until they have been symptom free for 10 days.

For swimming, all dogs are required to have a release from your veterinarian to make sure they are healthy enough to swim.

Boarding dogs are required to do an onsite meet and greet session PRIOR to boarding with us.

Daycare dogs are required to complete our FREE ½ day evaluation.
